The grill is capable of cooking:
200 lb. split hog
90 chicken halves
15 turkeys
hotdogs
hamburgers
300 lbs. of hams and shoulders
You must place the order for the meat then we will pick it up on the way to cook for you.
We will chop, pull, and sauce the BBQ to your liking. The homemade sauce is our own secret recipe that is a mustard based sauce.
