Dixie Cookers is a small company that we started to grill for people. We supply the grill and cooks, and you just supply the food and place.

Since November 2006, we have been active members of the South Carolina Barbeque Association. We have cooked for businesses around the Orangeburg area, including the Elks Club and Superior Honda. We have been educated by cooks from SCBA cook teams including Southern Cookers and Cook Tenders.

We would like to thank everyone who has helped and supported us with our business adventure.
